In May (and every month) we celebrate all the wonderful mothers out there! They fed us, clothed us, read books to us and raised us. But most importantly, they LOVE us! We’d like to return the favor and show all our mothers some love this Mother’s Day.
What We Love About Our Moms:
Denise, our Director of Business Operations: I love that my mom is so patient. She has the patience of a saint. One of the fondest memories I have with my mom is when she and I went on a driving trip to Texas. We drove from Los Angeles to Hereford, Texas to visit my great grandmother and it was a ton of fun!
Monica, one of our dental assistants: My mom is one of the strongest women I know for the fact that she was able to pull through and provide for 5 kids, being a single mom. She is my super mom, my hero, and I love being able to spend time with her. One of the greatest memories I have with her is her being there for the birth of my girls and she continues to be a huge part of their lives.
Brynn, one of our dental hygienists: I love everything about my mom. She is supportive, caring, humorous, loving…and the list could go on. She is always there for me in everything I do. Every big moment in my life she has been by my side…encouraging me. She pushes me to go above and beyond. I hope I am half the mother she is!
From the Mothers on Our Team… What Do You Love Most About Being a Mom?
Denise, our Director of Business Operations: I became a better person on the day that my oldest son, Michael, was born. They are so dependent on you for everything. That was the moment I felt unconditional love. I hope I can only make my son’s as proud of me as I am of them. They are truly inspirational.
Brynn, one of our dental hygienists: I love everything about being a mom. I love the random hugs and kisses (and runny nose wipes on my shirt). I love how much love someone so little can give and you them. My life changed in such a beautiful way the day my son was born. He brought so much joy and happiness into my life. He continues to do so every day.
Monica, one of our dental assistants: I love my girls beyond words. I love watching them grow and being a part of every milestone in their lives. I love to help them with homework and know that I am their go-to person. My life changed in such a positive way—they showed me the true importance of life.
Aggie, one of our dental assistants: Motherhood has definitely changed the ways in which I view and experience life. I often learn through my child’s questions and needs. I find that I laugh more and worry more. Time is more precious and risk taking, more risky. My life is no longer boring, Saturdays are no longer restful and I never knew I could love as much as I do.
