Dental Bridges
Making a dental bridge starts with the creation of abutments from your existing, natural teeth. The abutments provide attachment points for when your dentist fits you with your new dental bridge. After the abutments are made and ready for placement, we’ll make an impression of your teeth and forward it to our laboratory. Using the impression, a mold is created to make a dental bridge that appears and feels natural while fitting comfortably. The bridge is simply two crowns on both ends of the abutments. The pontic – which is your new tooth – replaces the missing one.
The Values
Dental bridges offer an excellent solution for replacing missing teeth. They utilize your existing teeth to form a bridge over the gap left by a missing tooth. Constructed from materials like gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain, bridges are designed to be both strong and long-lasting.

Procedure
Temporary Dental Bridge
While your new dental bridge is in the lab for manufacturing, we will fit you with a temporary bridge that looks great and shields the exposed gum areas. Once the new, permanent dental bridge is placed, it’s positioned on the abutments and set with an adhesive.
